A research project done in collaboration with Columbia University student, Zia Kara, investigating how issues of race, gender and sex emerge in VR dating spaces. Does VR dating solve such representation issues, or does it reinforce existing biases? Through a series of interviews, we reveal stigma, benefits and dangers of VR and online dating.
