An intensive program created for Black, Latinx and Native
American Computer Science and Engineering students.
During this six-week summer residency, I participated in
a long-term professional development and mentorship program
to develop technical and career skills.
Over the summer as an SEO Tech Developer, I:
Completed 300+ hours of rigorous computer science and software engineering training focused on full-stack web development, data structures, and algorithms.
Gained expertise in web application development by building projects using Python (Flask), MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Collaborated in SCRUM-like teams to develop StoreFront, an online multi-brand retailer store.

I also attended Tech Dev Con in NYC! There I had the opportunity to visit Goldman Sachs' headquarters and to engage with senior leadership,
network with my peers, SEO alumni, program partners, and industry professionals in tech. During the conference, I was fortunate enough
to hear from amazing professionals who serve important roles in the tech industry. I learned a lot about the field and am excited for future experiences!
Final Project
For my final project, I was put in a group to complete a project of our choice.
My group and I came up with StoreFront, an e-commerce which combines brands which cannot typically be found on multi-brand retailers.
Upon selecting items, users receive an email confirmation of their items of interest, alongside the link to where they can purchase their wishlist.
