Finding a sublet in NYC is a difficult, overwhelming, and anxiety-inducing
experience for students with little time to spare. With this in mind, we
desgined Lettr, an interface that gamifies and facilitates the process
of subletting in the city through swiping.

The subway is the most used mode of transportation in NYC.
However, most women have felt unsafe when using it due to pervasive
harassment, including catcalling, inappropriate comments, and physical intimidation.
Reflect Respect NYC is a campaign that uses mirrors with empowering messages placed
in subway cars and stations to encourage self-awareness and deter harassment.

As Virtual Reality (VR) becomes more widely used and accepted
as a means of social interaction, so will dating in virtual spaces.
This research project investigates how issues of race, gender and sex emerge in VR dating spaces.
